Dealers Learn the Benefits of Using Soft-Pull Credit Solutions
Cincinnati, OH - November 14, 2018. truPayments®, LLC, a financial technology company, hosted the company’s first educational Lunch & Learn at the historic Queen City Club in Cincinnati, Ohio. The exclusive event was offered to a select group of local automotive dealer principals and senior managers. The purpose of the event was to provide insights into the latest trends in soft credit pulls, personalized payments, and digital merchandising, including an open forum for discussion of best practices
Event presenters included auto industry and technology thought leaders, who have extensive experience in soft-pull credit bureau solutions, digital marketing, digital retailing and strategic financial technology.
Tarry Shebesta, CEO of truPayments, LLC, covered topics related to the different types of soft-pull credit inquiries, solution usage, engagement and compliance.
Also presenting was Torben von Staden - a veteran technology, automotive, eCommerce and retail executive - who spoke about the future of Digital Merchandising and trends in Personalized Monthly Payment Marketing.
The event received rave reviews. Participants said the information presented was advanced and innovative, with new ideas and solutions that would help them gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. They also liked the open forum and dialog, which was conducive to idea sharing. Attendees rated the event as excellent overall.
Penny Diersing, Advertising Manager: Digital and IT, Creative Marketing and Business Development at Walt Sweeney Ford, said “The Lunch & Learn was very informative and insightful. The smaller group setting allowed for open dialog, including specific questions and examples to be shared. During one of the breaks, I had dealers around me who wanted to see an actual lead that came through our shop-by-payment tool using a soft pull. They were genuinely impressed by the breadth and depth of the lead data and full bureau provided in a readable email format."
Additional truPayments® Lunch & Learn events are being planned in different cities and at the NADA conference in January 2019. If you are interested in having a Lunch & Learn hosted in your area, please contact us.
